Parking is free of charge and directly at the house on our property. These can not be reserved in advance.
Also within 100m radius around the hotel are hundreds of other free parking spaces in the residential area. A resident parking permit is not necessary and there are no time restrictions.
The hotel is accessible with your room key around the clock. The reception is staffed every day from 07 – 22 o’clock. Outside these reception hours you can reach us by phone at +49 911 800 70.
The check-in is possible from 14h – 22h.
The check-out is possible from 06:30 – 11 o’clock. If you book directly through us, a later check-out is also possible (subject to availability).
We store your luggage safely and free of charge. Just let us know at the reception.
The room categories single room business, double room business, single room superior, double room superior and a junior suite are available in the Landgasthof Hotel Gentner.
In our entire hotel, all rooms are equipped with a shower. The Superior rooms each have a larger, floor-to-ceiling shower installed with a rainforest shower head. In the business category you will find a slight step and regular shower heads.

Our rich breakfast is already included in a direct booking through us and is served as a buffet with a classic, continental orientation. It takes place daily from 06:45 – 10:00.
If you have not booked directly with us, please contact your respective tour operator whether breakfast is included or not.
Cribs or baby cribs can be booked for the room category double room superior at the reception for € 40,- per child and night. This includes the rich breakfast buffet.
Pets are not allowed in the hotel and in the rooms. In our restaurant, however, dogs are welcome.
Our fast wifi is free of charge and without password.
All rooms of the hotel are non-smoking. Likewise, all public areas are smoke-free rooms. Smoking is possible in front of the house in a covered entrance area.

To adjust your booking, we only need the following information: Your full name, booking period, room category, contact details (email and/or phone) as well as the internet address and corresponding screenshots of the cheaper offer on which you found the cheaper offer. If you have already made a booking for the period, please also provide the booking number (you will find it on your booking confirmation).
We ask for your understanding that we cannot consider incomplete e-mails, offers with different conditions as well as offers that are no longer bookable. Furthermore, bookings with arrival on the day of booking are excluded.
